4 star hotel without any drinking water in the room, quite a surprise. Furniture is a bit old and basic. Doesn’t make you feel that much of a luxury. However, the room make one feel spacious as the bed is big and there are a lot of big mirror which make the room feel bright.

Stayed here twice now and we loved both times. The hotel is 20 floors so you have a good chance of getting a nice city view. Usually available on a deal, think each time we paid less than £70. Great location by the train station, but the nearby parking can be confusing.

Spacious hotel room with ample storage facilities. Nice additions such as complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board & iron, free WiFi. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly and wasn't too noisy. The reception staff were very helpful & polite. Breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. I'm giving it a 4 star rating because there was scaffolding at the front of the hotel with contractors working from early in the morning. They were noisy and I had to keep the curtains drawn in my room. This is not the hotel's fault & it did not affect the quality of service but in future, I would make sure there wasn't any building works or renovations happening when I stay there again.

Never blown away by service here! In either of the bars. For the prices off the menu, the staff should offer table service! Other local 4* hotel bars offer this.

We stayed over last Friday. We were upgraded to the top floor which was a lovely surprise. The room was extremely clean. The facilities brilliant and the bed was comfortable. The concierges were really polite and helpful. We paid the £10 for breakfast and it was unbelievable! The food was continental, plus a hot selection. The staff really topped our visit off. The breakfast team were so nice. A gent, lady and two younger girls (sorry we didn't get their names) couldn't do enough for us. They really are a credit to your business. Highly recommended x Thank you so much x

Very close to the Leeds railway station. Very clean, reasonably priced and helpful staff. Room was big, bed very comfortable with Espresso machine for a nice cup of coffee. A bottle of still and sparkling bottle was also provided. No parking at the hotel however The hotel have a link with a nearby car parking place and can get you a decent discount.
