Arrived a little earlier than check in time so made good use of thier lovely outdoor seating area. Check in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Got a free room upgrade which was loved by my son. Room was clean, fresh and fully stocked. Slept really well and breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty of choice. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Loved it! Comfy bed! Spacious room. Got a great get away deal that got me a double bed plus hot and cold breakfast buffet for around £85. This also indluded unlimited access to the gym and swimming pool. Also all staff were extremely helpful! Can't wait to visit again

We had a great 1 night stay in connecting rooms. All the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast choice was fantastic- there couldn't be anything you would want that they didn't have really. We didnt use the spa/sauna facilities so cant comment on that. If you're going to Manchester arena the location of this hotel is great. Just a five minute walk.

Very nice property and great location. The room could of been much cleaner though. Would of been great to of used the gym and pool etc but didn't get chance to, great option to have though. Just slightly more than what I would of liked to pay.

Radisson Europe has not disappointed me yet. The breakfast does get boring when you stay more than 2 nights as it's the same buffet every morning and no hot area (to get omelets or poached eggs). The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds are so comfy! The pillows are dreamy and room temperature are independently controlled. Will definitely stay again! Just wishing for more variety at the buffet.

The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. Also Marco and his colleagues in the restaurant were very friendly and always very welcoming. The staff who brought us extra tea and coffee supplies were very prompt and friendly. There was also incredibly prompt attention to fix our TV. Thank you to all the staff. These are very challenging days for the hospitality industry and the Park Inn did their very best for us.

The hotel staff were friendly and I had a good massage Unfortunately I feel miss sold, this is definitely more of a 3 star than 4 hotel. Pool area's tiny and had men spitting in the poolside showers. Beds were uncomfortable and no water available in the rooms at breakfast or from the bar to take to the room. Breakfast was ok but not 4* quality Overall disappointed

3 different rooms. Moved Once because of gas fault. Second because it was not cleaned and had stains everywhere. The final room things were broken, the bath plug didn't work despite maintenance trying to fix it. Managers hardly available or helpful, other staff were nice. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Key cards for the room stopped working about 50 times, made me late for my concert. Rooms are cold despite heating being on all night Not a 4 star experience at all

Hotel itself is good and stuff is friendly, but service is a complete disaster. Firstly, we received a room which wasn't cleaned, but that was sorted fast. Next morning, when we came back from breakfast we couldn't get back to our room because door lock stopped working. After several trips to reception and hour of waiting they gave us an "upgraded room with city view" (you can see the "amazing" view in the pic). After one more hour of waiting we were finally able to collect our stuff from previous room. And after all that all they said on check out "we are sorry about inconvenience". Pathetic customer service for "4 start" hotel
