Bountiful feast @parkhotelclarkequay! The hotel’s Banquet Chef James Wong has curated FOUR auspiciousness set menus, available for dine-in and takeaway from 29 Jan to 26 Feb 2021.
Fragrant Crispy Duck, inspired from the Cantonese ‘heung song’ duck, is first marinated with spices and hua diao wine, then steamed till soft and tender. Coated in a batter and deep-fried, it is complemented with sides of tangy achar and duck jus.
Other highlights include the savoury Steamed Red Garoupa with Yellow Bean Paste, Salted Egg Yolk Golden Tiger Prawn and Steamed Fragrant Rice in Lotus Leaf with Duck Meat and Chinese Sausage, each bringing familiar, heart-warming flavours that please the palate.
