Very poor service, difficult to get an appointment as you have to call first thing in the morning to get an appointment and the staff just put the phones on busy for hours and later when you do get through they ask why you didn't call in the morning. Shocked how this practice is still open and running

I have had a very bad experience visiting this surgery.. The receptionists talk about patient's private lives and what is going on in their lives with each other.. They are rude bad mannered.. I suppose they need to get training for professional setting work.. Each one gets bad as the previous ones that have left.. As each one goes another just like her comes to work there.. You can't get appointments if you are often seen there. They call you a REGULAR ONE at the reception.. So you are recognised as the one that's in there more often.. I've had this experience on me that's why I know.. I can't go anymore because I'm afraid to be humiliated there even when I'm sitting in the reception I can hear them whispering and sniggering..and worse they laugh at you amongst themselves They think highly of themselves and in power over who to not give appointments to. The senior receptionist decides who she will give appointments and the younger ones have to ask her before giving any appointments out.. Forgot to mention that yes the phones in mornings are on a good busy because they take the phone off the receiver and its always going busy.. I had to once go in person myself because of this and would you believe the senior receptionist was sitting there doing nothing but twiddling her thumbs.. I had my mobile in my hand ringing but line busy and she sat just there.
