Absolutely terrible. I bought a gift certificate for my mum for mothers day (facial and massage). She went yesterday and she did the two hour massage and facial and when I went to pick her up she was upset about her experience. The massage and facial made her all greasy and made her skin burn. She had to put eye drops in. The person doing her massage and facial seemed to have little experience and all the products are terrible and it was a complete was of money. Dont bother going here unless you want to be ripped off and in pain.

Had a two hour Meredith body massage and facial treatment, plus the halogen mask and it was so worth it. You get full access to the spa facilities if treatment is over an hour. Access includes valet parking on arrival, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool etc... And staff were super friendly.

5/ 5

I have been to lots of spas all over the world, but I can tell you that the best massage I’ve got in my life is here, with the therapist called Tegan. I don’t know where she’s learnt it, but it’s magical. Also, It’s great that you don’t open the facility to the public like other places like Chuan spa in Langham, so it is always fairly quite. If anything, I recommend staff checking the change room more frequently. Sometimes there’s no towel left, messy or too much water on the floor (risk hazard!). I do love the Le labo amenities but it would be great to have some basic amenities like cotton tips & comb in the change room as it’s 5 star hotel after all. Nonetheless, my favourite spa of Melbourne so far.
