Papa John’s Pizza london

Pizzas turned up looking well-presented and hot too. Think one of the best things about mine was the dough; where the base of the pizza did not taste salty and was nice and delicate to eat. My order turned up on time and overall tasted great, would definitely recommend this place to others!

Never experienced more laughable service. Cant get an order right and says its not their problem when they are asked to change it. Rudest staff and manager who thinks normal behaviour is shouting down the phone like a little child. most pathetic place I have ever ordered from.

Ordered a vegan Garden Party - it arrived with chicken on. When I called to complain, no one answered the number (despite multiple calls) and actually ended the call. So, so disappointed.

Pizzas were great, hot and exactly how i ordered.. Regular crust was a bit too thick though.. But garlic bread was awful.. All you tasted was margarine (supposed to be olive oil that says on the menu) and no garlic.. Generally very good

Order delivered almost 3 hours after ordering online. Store wouldn’t answer the phone in that time so I didn’t know why it was delayed or even if it was coming at all. Refused the pizza when it came and requested refund from head office. Same thing happened previously. Management here are awful! Avoid.

Absolutely TERRIBLE TASTING supreme pizza with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE by Mohit. Don't order pizza from here again. Not good cook. They kept postponing my call to next day. On 5th day, manager picks up the phone and does nothing to resolve the issue. Not good service.

Great food and absolutely great experience, I delivered food to my house and there was a perfect handoff and the driver gave me extra dips. Great service and best pizza in North West London

Pizza was alright but marmite was literally half cooked.. landed into bin wasn't the first time that side isn't cooked... wasting money and food.

Ordered a small half veg, half pep pizza, taste was really good. But the bbq wings were like out of a freezer and popped into an oven. No taste, and foil it was wrapped in was burnt with bbq sauce at the bottom.
