Although I did not purchase any products from this store, the lady that served me Mel, went out of her way to find a charm and to see if it is in stock. She then rang another store to reserve the item. She was really lovely and kind and extremely helpful and would definitely shop there again

Only a small branch but staff were pleasant enough but a bit pushy for my liking trying to get more out of you when you already tell them that you don't want anything else. Wife was happy with what I had bought her but the girl serving us wasn't, er I'm the customer aren't I.

The bracelet was sent away and repaired and came back in perfect condition I am so happy to have this bracelet back to wear, as I had worn it every day since my daughter’s bought it 3 years ago.
