I absolutely adore Pandora, I was first bought a bracelet for my birthday from my Mum, and have been able to collect their beautiful charms and have since received another silver charm bracelet. It's such a lovely way of collecting memories, as each bracelet and each charm mean something and bring back lovely memories. I also went into the store a couple of months ago and was helped by the Manager, the customer service in the store is impeccable and cannot recommend enough!
