It store was better when it was at the Lanes. I had a setback with a receipt the sales assistant should send to my email but he didn't but another sales assistant promptly helped after that. Another important aspect that missed there: representativity. They might have black sales assistants but I don't remember seeing one. A store with no representativity (not only in race but generally) is stating the type of people they want.

Amazing customer service. Had a great experience today (1/5/21). Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were served by Mina who was fantastic! We were difficult customers who had a gift voucher- which we messed up and made into a nightmare! Mina was calm, patient, kind and friendly. He sorted the issue quickly and was so helpful after what I’m sure was a busy day that wasn’t yet over.
