Had a waxing treatment by Amara and it did not hurt one bit. Very professional , clean and spacious . Happy with the results still a week on. Nice to talk about stimulating topics for once too!!

I've been coming to Pamper me for about 4 years now and love it. Always been made to feel welcome and relaxed, and wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows (I have on a few occasions and regretted it every time!). The staff are amazing at shaping them and I always get compliments. Shellac nails are always perfect and last really well.

Got my hair dyed here by a woman called Janay. She was absolutely fantastic. Came out exactly how I wanted! Service overall was amazing, staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt very valued here and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely terrible. My hair was cut unequally and when I went back to complain saying I wasn’t too happy the young inexperienced lady said she will call her manager and when the manager came she got VERY aggressive and defensive shouting at me VERY VERY loud just wanting my money. She then called me a cow and pushed me and swore many times at me. EXTREMELY unhappy and would rate a -10 out of 10 stars if I could.
