I went to ask a question about a product on the shelf. Nobody on the front desk so after waiting and then ringing the bell, I was told very clearly that ‘No, I don’t have time to answer your questions. I am busy.’, before they retreated back behind the door. Customer service? What customer service. I hope the massages are better and the staff treat customers better than any potential customers…

Me and the wife went here on the back of needing a quick leg massage after plenty of walking on the day and days leading to it. The shop is not very inviting but what it lacked there it made up in the service and price. Posh was exceptional! The care given was 5 star. So if you are looking for a no frills, get the job done and a place where you could book on the day - give it a go.
