Palms Properties brighton

Had a great stay in this lovely apartment with amazing views over the Marina. Everything you could need is right on your doorstep...from cinema to supermarket , with gym and a wide variety of restaurants. The icing on the cake is the bus service to Brighton and beyond which runs about every 5 minutes. We purchased a network saver ticket which was great and really got us around and saved parking stress. We will definitely be returning to this apartment. We were blessed with good weather too. The folks from Palm Properties were lovely and added to to the whole holiday experience being right up there !

Not exactly our taste in decor but that is to be expected. Very very well presented and clean. Lightweight duvets needed, or at least a sheet. Throw bed cover was there. We expect to stay again in one of your holiday lets. All facilities v good. B & P Fp.

We’ve had an amazing 4 week stay at Mariners Quay in the Brighton Marina Complex.. One of Palms Properties Holiday rental apartments.. The customer service has been first class and likewise the holiday apartment facilities and cleanliness also first class.. We would highly recommend Palms and will return soon for another family break !!

Although my wife and I had an ejoyable week at 57 Eastern Concourse Brighton Marina there were a couple of points that should be addressed. The main fault is with the sliding door on to the balcony which needs adjusting due to the howling of the wind in a certain direction which blows through the fixed door and kept us awake most nights :(. The seating in the main area is absolutely awful not very comfortable at all and quite a bit grubby (the throw could do with a wash). Definately requires a wardrobe to put clothes away instead of living out of our suit cases.They are the bad points , however the place was quite clean and the bed very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay in one of the holiday apartments with balcony overlooking the marina. Clean and well appointed, and the beds were so wonderfully comfortable with really excellent quality bedding. Ideally located within a short stroll to the main restaurants, shops, cinema, casino and Asda. short drive to centre of Brighton but there are buses and taxis on hand if you dont want to drive. Can't wait to book and come again. Highly recommended.

I recently booked and stayed at one of the apartments in Brighton Marina. The booking process with Brand Vaughan was straight forward, staff were helpful both via email and phone calls. The penthouse apartment was exactly as advertised, very well maintained and presented. All the amenities you could ask for. Collection and return of keys was from the agents office, close to the apartment. Aftercare was good. Will definitely use the company again to book accommodation.

Our second stay at Brighton Marina, organised through Palms agency was again a seamless, professional and most relaxing experience. Communication was excellent, the apartments were beautiful, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend to anyone

The property was modern and little "tired/used" in places. TV, DVD and WIFI to hand. The location was great within a two minute walk to the marina walkway, bars and restaurants and a five minutes stroll to the sea front. Bed and bedding 100% TV also in bedroom. The garden needed a little TLC but this did not affect sitting in there to enjoy a drink. Suzanne did offer to get the gardener to attend if it had been a problem. The bathroom had been refurbished and this was appreciated. Overall stay was very enjoyable, the staff in the office were very quick to respond to any small snags and we would return in the future and recommend the apartment. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We rented a holiday apartment overlooking Brighton Marina through Palms Properties. The booking process was straight-forward with good communication and the check-in process was easy and quick - with some good advice on the area provided by the team at the office. The apartment was as described on their website, very comfortable and in a great location -- with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep and with great views of the marina.
