I’ve been seeing Ian for around 6 months now. As a runner, I have many aches and pains, and I’ve seen many physios in my time! Ian is one of the best physios I have had. His insight into the body, different treatments and exercises have all helped me massively. He has also given me confidence on numerous occasions that I can run (this is very different to other physios). Highly recommend!

I can not thank Pall Mall Physio enough! The level of service provided was second to none. It was my first treatment and I felt quite nervous but once meeting Ian and the way he explained the procedure put my mind at ease. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I have recommended and will be returning, thanks Pall Mall Physio.
