Dr J P Ron McCulloch saw me and was very helpful and encouraging. He listened to me and was able to get me the help I needed. After a frustrating experience with my NHS doctor this was a huge sigh of relief.

Pall Mall's medical visa service is fantastic. All of my medical tests were completed during one appointment. The forms were filled in and returned in less than a week. This is a highly professional and efficient clinic with a clear determination to put the patient first.

I went to pall mall a few weeks ago and from first impressions of arriving into the practice knew I would be receiving a first class service. The Staff were on hand to assist with any questions whilst filling relevant forms in. Waiting area was very relaxing with free drinks.. I attended the practice for my bloods and a few other things done, upon meeting the nurse (who assisted me) I felt at ease and that I was given a very professional and respectful service given my reason for having to attend. The practice was so professional and should be proud of all staff members who was very professional in what they do, A special thanks to the nurse who assisted me. After being ill for almost 5 weeks doing test after test and getting fobbed off by my gp, I went to Pall Mall. The consultation with Dr Tang was really good because he listens to the patient and arranged the correct tests for my symptoms. The nurse who took my blood was really chatty and I barely felt it, he was brilliant! I feel better now I know we're getting some where. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
