Trying to process a renewal passport for my son. Served by Gia. Totally miserable and unhelpful . I know there is a check and send service that you have to pay for. But when I asked if she thought it looked ok. She just shrugged and looked straight through me. Payed extra for recorded delivery and the extra charge for a postal order because I had forgotten my debit card. No thank you or anything remotely like it. Rubbish!!!
