First time I used them and will definitely return. They fixed a brakes issue - just a wire - and didn't charge me for the work. Had a little confusion with key return but they sorted that out very quickly. A pleasure to deal with.

For all types of cars old and new, this is the go-to garage. About 50ft after turning into Springvalley Gardens, you’ll see a small side entrance on the right with a square yellow sign above it saying P R Motor Engineers. Entering this small drive you’ll think you’re also entering a cowboy movie set. This is a historical landmark. Drive to the end of this wee road to find the garage. Owner Mo and the Morningside Valet Company seem to be the only businesses serving this place, so you shouldn’t get confused.

I took my fiesta to get a coil spring fitted that went ok however I wanted an oil change so I took a 5lt of fully sinthetic 5w 30 oil for them to use when I went to pick the car up I asked for the remaining 2lt because the engine only holds 3lt of oil he said we bin the oil containers so he got an empty oil can of a different oil brand and pumped 2lt of oil from a bulk oil container and gave it to me so I am concerned if they ever used the oil I gave them.john

Asked a Facebook group for recommendations and a lady who works for them said I should come in. I went in for an oil change, tire alignment and asked if they could check the tire pressures. It was £145 and when I picked up I asked if anything else stood out on the car and they said no everything’s looked fine. I then asked if they checked my tire pressures and the man asked a lad in the back and he looked surprised and then lied and said yes, I checked them when I got home and they were off and not up to pressure. That next day I went onto the motor way and noticed that my alignment was still really bad so I messaged the original lady if I could bring the car in the next day to get that fixed. I always try to reach out to companies to remediate an issue before writing a review. She responded and said on Monday she’d call me. It’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing, so safe to say for the money I’d go elsewhere next time. They get two stars because they were nice but honestly I feel as if they didn’t do what I paid for and now I’m taking it in the the dealership because will afraid they more than likely didn’t even do the alignment in the first place.
