I contacted Oxford Employment Law back in October/November 2018 when a previous employee had decided they felt they were unfairly dismissed. I met with Marty Burn for the initial consultation to go through with him the circumstances and what the best course of action would be. Through the whole process i found them to be highly professional and very informative. Unfortunately the case did end up at a Tribunal which was not what we wanted but we were unable to come to an agreement out of Court. All the way through to the Tribunal they kept in contact and gave us advice and chased up on any queries. I would highly recommend their services, very professional.

My contact with Oxford Employment Law Solicitors was with Justin Godbolt. I required advice following an issue at work which I believed might potentially have been constructive dismissal. Justin was very professional throughout our dealings culminating in a settlement agreement with which I was very satisfied. Working with Justin not only gave me excellent, pragmatic advice but also took away all of the stress by not having to deal with the negotiations directly. I would thoroughly recommend a conversation Justin if you need advice.

Mr Justin Godbolt agreed to act on my behalf regarding a business purchase. The service received from Justin was incredibly prompt and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I have previously recommended Justin to my clients for both corporate and employment law advice, I will continue to do so in the future. Marty Burn was also able to assist on a separate matter, again the service was prompt and the fee was very reasonable.
