If I could give less than 1 stat I would! Do not go to this place. A small weekly washing of 6 chef whites, 7 aprons and a few t shirts, for 65 pounds for next day pick up, and another 65 pounds for washing and ironing for the following evening. That is a total of £130 !!! By my calculations for washing powder and an hour ironing maximum that is the same fee a barrister would charge! We kindly declined and told the lady she is nuts!!! Very unfriendly and rude Asian lady, who responded "we don't need your services, have a nice day, see you later"...

Had a nightmare scenario with a subfusc stain the day before graduation, and they were able to take care of the stain and get it back to me before the end of the day. Great service, kind staff, only downside is, cash only, not card. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Keep away! Dangerous people! It is the worst service I ever experienced in this country!!! I took one of my favourite tops to be altered there (I like the design a lot but the collar cut was a bit tight). The lady charged me in advance. It is a simple one that I had thought anyone who is a sophisticated sewer machine user could do. My mind was ‘How wrong can it be’? But it obviously can be as wrong as you could hardly imagine. It was horribly done, and the lines are not even straight...with big stitches. The top is ruined completely and not possible to be recovered. When I requested a refund, they refused, yelled and threatened me with a cricket bat!! I reported them to the police. Avoid this place like a plague! If unfortunately, you are already a victim, report to the Citizens Advice Consumer helpline.

I would very much rate this poor dry cleaner as 0 star or even minus if I could, all guys who haven’t read through comments will feel shamed after they go there. Awful service with unbelievable poor technique, I left my Alexander McQueen suits there to remove a bit make up, after 4 days cleaning, nothing change. It is really hard for me to believe this poor store still have customer go there and could survive 20 years, very disappointed with everything about this store will never go back and tell everyone I know never afford a go.

Had I read the reviews sooner, I would not have gone to this dry cleaners. However, I managed to give them a leather garment to dry clean and luckily it came back cleaned but a great deal faded. It used to be a vibrant bright colour and now it looks completely washed out. They’ve mentioned it might fade slightly but the end result has certainly exceeded my expectations. Not that I expected it to look brand new but now it looks second hand at best. Also a tip if you end up using their services, ask for the receipt. I was lucky to keep the payslip when they charged me upfront because on collection I was told that I have not paid. I produced the payslip and was let off but did not receive any sort of apology for the ‘mix up’. Dodgy service all around.

Very satisfied with my dry cleaning!! All garments cleaned and pressed correctly. Don't be put off by these reviews because it's a friendly running business with kind and hard working workers for it. No business is perfect and remember it's not magic they are cleaning the garments you have used. People shouldn't expect a brand new shirt back because technically you have used or and it only needs to be fresher up. Guys I've recommended this place and all my family and friends have had no problem. Just remember they clean and don't do magic. I am very happy with there services.

She called me a bloody bas.ard unbelieverble i will never go there again my 200 pound jumper is ruined i feel sick .it was a brand new top 1 stain they couldnt even get that right ,it now looks like a top ive collected off a hobo ,never again
