Juliette is a wonderful teacher and her knowledge of pilates combined with ballet and physiotherapy leads to inspired classes. For dancers, ex-dancers, sportsmen and women, people who work their bodies physically or just people who like to move, these sessions, and her one-to-one sessions are the perfect way to keep fit, supple and have fun at the same time. Great stuff.

I have been attending Juliette’s classes for over 15 years, and in the last few years my husband has started them too. Juliette is a fantastic teacher and her cheerful, relaxed and nurturing style makes her classes a pleasure. With her background as a physiotherapist, she is also able to help individuals to adapt exercises to suit their needs and aid recovery from injury. In fact she takes a great interest in all of her clients and provides tailored advice and feedback.

5/ 5

Juliette is a dynamic teacher who manages to offer a person centred approach to everyone even during a zoom session. A full workout over an hour , excellent warmup, workout and cool down. Fantastic explanations for exercises give greater understanding and a better experience. Really helped me through the pandemic and kept me feeling flexible and alert.

By coming just once a week for a matt group lesson I improved my strength, posture, flexibility and back health. Can only highly recommend.

I've attended Juliette’s pilates classes for over seven years. She has physio training and, knowing her clients’ joint and strength issues, takes care of us. She has a warm and engaging personality which means that the classes are welcoming as well as being active and there a good combination of both new and well-practised work each session.

4/ 5

Juliette has for many years run warm and friendly yet hard-working pilates classes in the St Andrews church hall. She’s kept our bodies in shape, creating a community spirit in the class. Now, using Zoom, she has worked hard to overcome the difficulties of putting the classes on-line. She’s kept many of her long-term students and gained more. The classes have kept much of their warm feeling, and her skilled attention to individual needs. Well-chosen mat-work and standing exercises, from an enthusiastic, experienced pilates class leader.
