We are proud champions of local and regional producers with our meat supplied by small family-run farms in North Yorkshire including Swaledale Foods and R&J Butchers, fish sourced in the North Sea by Hodgson’s of Hartlepool whose fleet land some of the UK’s finest fish, and fresh fruit and veg from Wellocks. Our menu is full of simple but imaginative dishes with a specials board that changes daily dependent on the seasonal produce available to suppliers, whether that’s langoustines from the North Sea or the finest lamb rump from the fields of Swaledale.
