Only been with practice for a short time, reception staff are so friendly, they go out there way in helping. Any issue no worries. Mums been waiting for her medical records from old practice. She is quite frail and many health issues. They are helpful with mums prescriptions. Thank you to you all

I would like to thank Carol the receptionist who was very kind and professional. I had tried unsuccessfully to get through to the Leicester branch with no success. Carol went out of her way to check the system and confirm my appointment.

The 1 star is because the GPS and nurses are generally caring and friendly. That’s only if my some miracle you get through over the phone to speak to anybody or get an appointment. Tried all times of the day on different days and all keypad options given by the operator and get cut off or the phone rings out every time. Not good enough

Where do I start , my parents and family were patients and at this surgery since around 1966 and therefore my siblings and myself naturally were enlisted with them , initially when both Doctors Passi were there they were fantastic along with the son in law and sadly when one of the Passi doctors passed away and the other got older and the son In law stopped practicing and stepped down the whole ethos of looking after patients best interest unfortunately changed. New doctors who are not familiar with patients and constant changes within the practice caused lack of patient care My dad , bless him passed away a few years ago through old age and my mum who since has problems with here health before the lockdown and on visiting the surgery many occasions to sort her problems out nothing was resolved over the last 3 years no accurate diagnosis of her problems or medication or referrals were given We changed doctors only last week and the amount of attention and care and proper medication given only in 1 week compared to this surgery was amazing to the point that her suffering has eased a lot So please if your a patient and requiring help please think carefully where you enlist because there are plenty of surgery out there willing to help I can only base this on my family’s experience over last 3 or so years that the care from the staff who answer the phones to the medical staff that the whole surgery needs a very serious review on it’s practicing and if they sort themselves out they can again be helping patients as they should be like other more patient caring surgeries Good luck everyone
