Very disappointed when finding out there is no pork ribs!!! ,customer service wasn't all that great

Very disappointed when finding out there is no pork ribs!!! ,customer service wasn't all that great took awhile for the girl to come over for drinks etc please lower your voice also there is no need to yell ,steak was cold and watery and beef ribs just didn't have flavour,very annoyed.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but I feel that they're cutting corners to make more money. The meat doesn't seem to be very fresh, and they use the bbq sauce on the ribs to make the food taste better because without it it would be almost flavourless.
