Opening hours are extremely misleading! I researched “nearest post offices” that might still be open after 5:30pm because I was in desperate need of sending something for the next day and according to this place it stays open until 12:00am. Took me forever to get there just to be told that the actual posting section shuts at 5:30pm (no indication of this online) Yes I knew it didn’t seem quite right a post office being open after 5:30pm but this “open until 12:00am” is labelled underneath “otterspool post office” whereas the actual store is called “mace” and has its own google page, what else was I meant to think? Once again, extremely misleading and caused me a big hassle .

Postmaster wasnt there on the Tuesday and got there 7-30am on the Weds and the whole shop had shutters down... Ignore the opening times for this place... Disappointing.

Always had helpful and friendly customer experience in person and over phone. With the local footfall traffic and single Post Office kiosk it can get busy, but efficient service.

All good here. The post office is a sub post office in a shop. So can you top up your gas and electric cards and keys here when post office part is shut? Yes, and happily you can do it with your debit card or cash. Sells my favourite beer too. San Miguel.

If you have another post office near you, choose that one. The post office is a kiosk within a convenience store and only one guy is trained to work it. The guy is "ill" atleast 1-2 days every week and turns up randomly setting his own hours. Sometimes he doesn't turn up until gone midday. If you ask me the guys out racking up lines most nights and can't be arsed getting up in the morning to come in. When he is in, he just grunts at you like your entire existence is just a massive burden to him. Swerve completely.

Absolutely useless post office, if I could rate with no star's, I would. I have been numerous times within the same week and each time it is closed, website is never updated. If it was, I wouldn't have had so many wasteful trips! I will not be using this one again. Please sort it out, we have lost so many useful Post Offices over the years and yet, this one remains.

Falsely list prices, overcharge and don’t give receipts. Avoid at all costs. Had bought a bag of sweets which the bag themselves had a £1 label on them and picked up a can of drink (330ml), couldn’t see the label when I picked it up. Went to pay and the total cost came to £2.65. Rip off. Only stopped there as I was on a long walk and it looked decent from the outside. Wrong.
