Had an overnight stay. Room was spacious, we had a four poster bed, which was comfortable. Dinner was in the Huntley restaurant, and was amazing. Plenty of choice for breakfast, though the cooked breakfast was slightly cold. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Decor was a little jaded, but it is an old building. Would go again.

A very grand looking Hotel with beautiful grounds. I had a very spacious bedroom and a really comfortable bed. The decor is a bit outdated as well as the bathroom but it was a brilliant place to stay. A good restaurant is right next door which is ideal.

Just spent lovely day with family, everyone was very friendly service from all staff was amazing. Spa treatments were fab, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi etc. Food in restaurant was lovely. So impressed they allowed us to sit in library and order drinks all night if need be. Would recommend this place. Just be aware no lifts available as beautiful historic building.

5/ 5

This is a very attractive hotel adjoining bar/restaurant all set in the grounds of a grand hall and lovely woodland and grounds. Car parking amongst the trees is ample and at no cost. On this visit we used the Imagine Spa facilities which are very relaxing, however in the past we have frequented the adjoining welcoming bar and restaurant which is a pleasant experience. Whilst here visit the Ferry Meadows Country Park and Historic vintage steam train line situated only a few minutes walk away.
