Organica Day Spa – Sunshine Coast

First impressions the salon was very dark, no lights on and musty smelling. I came in for a chemical peel by a woman named Vicki who wasn't friendly, didn't introduce herself, didn't fill out a client card and assess my skin at all, or advise me on how the treatment works. During my peel my skin didn't frost, so I didn't end up peeling. I was obviously unhappy with the treatment so I emailed nicely explaining what had happened. I got 4 big paragraphs of very rude and defensive rant that its my fault it didn't work. I'm currently studying beauty therapy and this response goes against everything we're taught. My teachers where gob smacked at what she wrote, especially when she started to personally attack me as I'm only new to the beauty industry and not knowing anything. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend. Plenty of beautiful clean salons around, a few dollars more but your paying for quality, professionalism and friendly inviting energy.

We were thinking of going here but having seen the foyer area and treatment room and the vibe off lady who came out we quickly vanished.. it needs a really good clean up and better reception..sorry to say...

Organica has the most professional massage therapist I have experienced, her knowledge and techniques are certainly recommended, Vicky is very well regarded in the Peregian Beach area for her expertise.

I love coming here to see Vicky. She has an extensive knowledge with health and wellness and knows the body back to front. Her massage technique and pressure is perfect! Everytime I come here I leave feeling 100 times lighter. Thanks Vicky
