New 3 piece suit arrived with the 12 week delivery promise and is of excellent quality and build. Delivered on time by Orchards and positioned where requested and feet attached etc. All in all very happy with the service and advice provided by Orchards and would highly recommend them. Much easier dealing with a smaller company as they are able to offer a better personal service and are very experienced in all aspects of furniture.

After diabolical transaction with a high street chain of bed shops we tried locally. Best decision ever, cannot praise Orchards enough. Attentive but not pushy, quality products at a fair and reasonable price. Hassle free transaction. We didn’t even have to pay in full until bed was delivered and set up to our satisfaction. All in all a very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

High quality furniture knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent back up service. We have bought mattresses here and been very satisfied.

Lots of information on the different mattresses. Delivered within two days. Old mattress and all packaging taken away. Can't recommend them highly enough.
