Can never get through when I call at 8am. Takes 115 attempt and when they do answer all I am offed is a call back. I have the online booking but they will not give me the booking info for may 2 year old. Always going to out of ours or walking. Dr Awan is great just can't ever get an appointment. So don't wast your time. Wast the hospitals time and go there instead.

Family member called as the surgery opened for an appointment. By the time they were pit through, all appointments had gone and they were advised to call 111. After waiting a further 90 minutes on hold for 111, the symptoms were explained and 111 pit through a priority referral to the surgery. On calling back to the surgery, the definition of priority is the following day. When you call to complain, no one is available to speak to you and you get cut off by the receptionist.
