Orange Family Physiotherapy – orange

Treatment with Logan was excellent. Only went as a last resort, and it was worth the cost. Had a great result after debilitating pain. Very thorough treatment and education.

I write this as a Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist who also practices in Orange. In my experience this is an excellent practice with an owner focussed on providing a great practice, and, engaged practitioners that want the best possible results for their patients. In my experience, this is a practice that puts patient care first and are very diligent in patient care and treatment. They are also happy to refer to other practitioners and collaborate in their drive to help their patients get better. You will be in great hands at Orange Family Physiotherapy - pun intended! My comments are based in my actual experience of working with Erica and her team and seeing first hand the care, effort and energy they have for everyone they treat. My daughter had an appointment this morning with Logan, and I just wanted to take the opportunity to leave some positive feedback. When she has appointments the first thing I will do is explain the the health professional that she has ASD, and if you explain everything you’re about to do first it will be fine. A lot of people will do this at the start of the appointment and then stop, resulting often in anxiety and meltdowns for her. Logan however was fantastic and explained what he was about to do every single time, and even went to the effort of demonstrating first on her uninjured side first to put her mind at ease. She left happy, and I’m a positive mindset which is so very rare for her. Thank you so much!

It's nice being heard with up to date therapy

Whilst living in Orange I saw Chris for an ongoing shoulder issue. I have been meaning to write this review for sometime as I can't recommend his services highly enough. He was caring, understanding, knowledgable and consistently went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend Orange Family Physio, particularly Chris if you are looking for a Physio. Reception staff were also super friendly and accommodating.
