The buying experience was good, salesman was cooperative and helpful. However, post sales experience was the worst I have had from any dealer I've ever bought from. The 12 month gold warranty on the car did not cover any of the £3000+ of work that needed doing, and when trying to talk to them about it, after it taking nearly SIX MONTHS to get a call back from someone after calling MANY times to discuss I was basically told I shouldn't have had the work done and it's my problem. Very frustrating trying to deal with them, and it really appears they are just after the sale. And just to top it off, I get a probing sales call from them a few weeks ago. Shows how well they know their customers. I'm normally the kind of person that would go to great lengths to buy the right car, but I have to say that even if they had the perfect car, there's no way i'd be buying from there again. In the same fashion, I don't write reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel compelled to warn other people about my experience. Best of luck to you if you do choose to buy from there. Update in response to reply: The issues occurred 5 months/4000 miles into ownership. Optimum, please understand that I tried to talk to you many many times while the car was in warranty and nobody would even return my calls for months. The review is an honest and accurate reflection of my experience, and my disappointment is not about the car, but about how you handled the situation, and the quality of the warranty provided. If anything, the fact that you have tried to invalidate this review rather than contact me to to repair the relationship only adds to the public impression of a poor post sales experience.
