1/ 5

I was gifted with a manicure and pedicure for my birthday and I found the service utterly disappointing, to say the least. After arriving, my pedicure process began but because I had to wait 30 minutes before a very nonchalant beautician decided to finally start my treatment, my water became cold. During my pedicure, I did not receive a massage or quality experience. There seemed to be many elements missing from my experience that were detailed on their website. After hoping my experience would not worsen, it quickly did. My manicure was literally a paint and file without a massage, oiled cuticles or much effort in general, even though this was the information promised on their website. I left this business with painted toes, hard heels and dry hands. The prices are overpriced for the quality of service given by a very lackadaisical beautician. I would have been better off doing this myself at home or going elsewhere. Above all, I was extremely disappointed that this was my experience and I believe the service that the person paid was not worth it.

5/ 5

Felt amazing after my recent visit. My hair extensions are the best, my hair feels so thick. They do what you want but guide you through to make the right decisions. The team are professional, friendly and I left feeling amazeballs. The hair wash was relaxing, I could have fallen asleep! The team are not pushy on sales they genuinely want you to enjoy the salon. Other visitors were chatty but not too much. A salon worthy of a 5

5/ 5

I have had various beauty treatments with Alex for a few months and have always been delighted with the results and how relaxed Alex makes me feel as an older lady. I decided to have my hair coloured today and was also wowed by the result. Many thanks Chris x
