When you realise your own health has been playing 2nd fiddle to the rest of life's pressures, here is the place to make the change you are looking for. Can only highly recommend these guys. I attended their property on the Central Coast which was extremely comfortable. And the staff were just so supportive of everyone to help them on their own journeys!

Leading a very busy lifestyle, I forgot about my health both mentally & physically. I decided to take a month out & get myself back on track, pardon the pun. The staff here are amazing & will push you in the right direction. Since being here I've seen others only staying for a short period & wishing they had stayed longer, I would suggest make the effort & look after number 1. You will be pushed to your limits, things get better after the 1st week, Muscle has memory. I would suggest to hook in, keep a clear open mind and focus on what's in front of you. Great work On Track, my future both mentally & physically is kicking in again. Cheers

5/ 5

I wanted to fast track my fitness and lose some weight after recovering from a shoulder impingement. So, I visited Ontrack last November for two weeks. I’m so glad I did! I lost 3 kgs while there and have lost an additional 8 kgs since. I’m also the fittest I’ve ever been as an adult, which is a fantastic feeling at age 53! I cannot thank the team at Ontrack enough for changing my life in such a positive way.
