Only Nails & Beauty – Bendigo

Went to this nail shop to get my nails done for a friend's wedding, we had an appointment at 2 we didn't get in until 3 almost 3.30 the girl cut my finger with scissors when she was cutting the fake nail tips on. she ground around my nail beds on the skin and made them bleed and when I was leaving she overcharged the girl in front of me and then seem to have a go at the girl in front of me because she had made a mistake. Will never go to this place again I would recommend nobody else use it terrible experience.

Not happy. Asked for a natural look and was advised to get shellac which I’ve never had before because “they last longer” (have always had sns). Took their advice, 2 broke after 2 days, went back for a fixing, then next day one broke again. Very thin and flimsy. It was a 5 minute repair and they told me to come back in half hour- they started it and made me wait another hour and a half for a five minute repair and blamed me for the fault. Said that I specifically asked for shellac. No- they advised me. Never again.

Went here for a manicure, and left absolutely satisfied! The person who did my nails was lovely, and made me feel comfortable asking for something to be redone (eg shape adjustment on a nail). The wait was a bit longer than quoted, but that's understandable. They were efficient, and my nails look fantastic!

Booked in and then had to wait another 40 minutes. Pedicure took 2 hours as they kept going between customers. The service was appalling and the staff were rude and aggressive. They used the wrong colours on both my daughter and I. We didn't bother with the manicure. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
