I've just sold my home with online agent and found them to be worth every penny. They delivered an excellent service from valuation to completion. I dealt with Richard and he was professional, friendly and very, very helpful. Their valuation of my property proved to be perfectly pitched and their marketing and sales service was enthusiastic throughout. Their after sales service was really impressive too, keeping me informed at each stage of the progress, highlighting any potential hiccups, marshalling solicitors at both ends while ensuring the sale stayed on track. I really couldn't recommend them more highly. The service I received could not be bettered. They clearly understand the local property market and how best to deliver for their clients. Be careful! They say that mortgage in principle agreement is not accepted and they will tell you that their mortgage advisor needs to go with Natwest because they have better deal. Also been told there is no chain and we can move in straight away, but we waited for more than 6 months!!! The property had plumbing issues etc so I don't think the survey had been done either which was paid for. I will not use this company again.

Excellent communication from Richard all along, quick to answer queries and was helpful throughout our house purchase. Everybody that I encountered in this company were both professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and should we ever decide to move again I would be choosing them to sell my home.
