We ordered a large old-style wardrobe from One Stop Pine because there was nothing to match locally. There was a lot of to-and-fro in the emails to ensure we ended up with what we wanted, but what came through our front door in the end was almost exactly what we had in mind (One little issue with handles was quickly fixed - otherwise exactly as we had in mind) The production time and delivery times were well within fair bounds. No qualms at all in suggesting anyone with similar needs should put them one their checklist.

We were interested to purchase two sets of 5 draws. Sent an on line enquiry but got no reply. They were then upset that I asked for their email which they provided - sent our enquiry again but no reply. Sent a follow up email still no reply - despite our COVID lockdown it seems that onestoppine don’t need sales. Went to IKEA and purchased two sets of 5 draws

We bought a table there today, great service great product and great quality. The price online was $299 the sales person went out of his way to get what we wanted and even bought the price down to $249 without us even asking him for a discount. Most of the furniture in our house is from one stop pine Warner’s Bay. We have tried other furniture stores but we always end up back at one stop pine. We highly recommend this shop if you want quality and great service. If there was 10 stars I would give them a 10 star rating...

I had a great experience dealing with them. I spoke to Steve who was straightforward and honest. He gave me a few options with timelines on delivery windows. Then Steve had a look at what he had in stock and got back to me. I am in business myself so I understand the complexity of getting products manufactured and supplied. What I appreciated was his straight talking. I bought and he delivered- it was an even better result than he promised. Alan who delivered the furniture was a absolute gentleman, which capped it off.
