Shame 0 stars isn't an option. Worst GP surgery in the country! Awful and rude staff! They really couldn't care less about you or your situation. Considering they are dealing wish sick people it is shocking to see how horrible they are. Everything is so unorganised. Getting an appointment is practically mission impossible. I've had fever for days trying to get an appointment and just get told to call at 8 every morning. When I call at 8 I get joined into a queue and by the time they answer they have no appointments. Not to mention that in the miraculous event that I do get an appointment I have to wait for at least one hour longer than I should to be seen. Or the Dr will call me randomly before the appointment to try and sort it over the phone. Not too sure how a chest or throat infection could be sorted over the phone! And if you need your blood or urine sample taken, good luck! More likely then not they will forget to send it off, lose it and have to do it again and again. If you have the option of going to another GP I'd recommend to do it. It can't possibly be any worse than this.

Poor service, staff are beyond rude. Told to call at 8 each morning to get a same day appointment but can never get through, when you eventually do there are none left. I decided to turn up one morning at 8 and hope for the best, receptionist was very hostile and abrupt as if each person was a huge inconvenience to her day. I recommend looking into an alternative profession where you are not dealing with people.

The receptionist are always kind, caring and supportive when you ring about any issues. I have always found that they will do their best to get you an appointment for a time that suits you and even when I have missed a phone call they have arranged a call back for me. Nurses and doctors appointments always end with a solution which is great. Thank you for all your hard work!

Sad to see so many poor reviews when everyone here is clearly just trying to do their best to help as many patients as possible in a pandemic. It is relatively hard to get through on the phone for a face to face appointment, but the livi health app is good for prompt remote consultations, and my GP today (face to face) was really great - helpful, empathetic and professional. Thank you!

Terrible experience every time. Every call is at least half an hour on hold, no matter what time of the day. The reception team are rude, unhelpful and not understanding of how difficult it can be to be constantly rebuffed whilst simply trying to receive basic medical advice and regular, essential medication. I can barely comment on the quality of the GP's as I so rarely get to speak with one. Usually its a case of 'call back at a different time or day' at which time I either get offered a 15 minute phone conversation with an unknown GP weeks, or even months from the date of the call, or told they can't help, or told to call someone else. I understand that they may be understaffed currently but a modicum of sympathy, guidance or support would go a long way.
