I reached out to Omega Holistic Team on Facebook, as I was searching for smaller, family-run businesses in Brighton & Hove who offer massage services. Kris promptly got back to me and was very helpful booking me in for a Relaxing Full-body Massage. The room was perfectly clean and cosy, with soothing quiet music in the background, and after a thorough consultation Zsani gave me one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and I for sure will be returning myself.

The Omega Holistic Team have created a massage studio in their home providing a clean, cosy and comfortable vibe. I had a 45min Indian Head massage booked with Kris. I loved every minute of it and would recommend it to anyone who has never tried it before. He was friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning next time i'm in Brighton, Thanks Kris!

I would highly recommend it if you have any soreness and want to feel relaxed and refreshed! The venue is beautiful and very calming - thank you so much - I will certainly be back!
