Used this gym for a few months last year - facilities were average, but staff were rude. I once addressed them about a particular issue - the cleanliness and hygiene - in a polite and cordial way, they took it very badly and were unprofessional about the situation. A person who seemed like the manager even said to me that if I didn’t like it I could feel free to go elsewhere. Only two stars (generous) because equipment there was good, otherwise service and hygiene just wasn’t up to par. Would avoid 100%.
