We recently sold our house and bought our dream property, both through Oliver Chandler. Jamie and Faye are friendly and professional and we cannot recommend them highly enough. After viewing our dream home and wanting to make a formal offer, we were so motivated to get our own home on the market and achieve a position to proceed.  Jamie responded quickly when we requested a valuation, marketing our home so quickly and professionally that viewings and an asking price offer resuted literally within a few days.  We then felt so lucky to have our own offer accepted on the house we had set are hopes on. From then on, Faye mainly dealt with both the sale and purchase of the properties, which at times was complex and unnerving to say the least!  She maintained effective communication with all parties at all times and was instrumental in ensuring everything ran smoothly for everyone. Faye knows exactly how to support you through one of the most stressful times of your life (it honestly was the case for us) and in addition to an absolutely amazing service, Oliver Chandler's fees were extremely competitive.  We very much feel that Faye and Jamie earned every single penny of of their commission and we would not hesitate to call upon their services, if required in the very distant future!

I recently sold my property with them. I can't believe how quickly they managed to get a buyer, 4 days after their initial valuation. And they really helped speed things along, I completed just over 6 weeks later. Throughout they've been really helpful and friendly, I'd definitely recommend them.

Dealt with Jamie for a while now, honest, straight talking and completely professional, you will have to go a long way to find a better estate agent. Our sale was a hard one, a very small unusual house. But we still got the perfect service and the bottom line is he sold it when other couldn't.

Jamie sold a property to my mother-in-law and was exceptionally empathetic and accommodating, as his client(s) were difficult at times. Jamie even took time out of his holiday to ensure the final stages of the sell progressed swiftly, so as not to let us down. I therefore give OC Estate Agents a high recommendation. They exhibited that trust and attention-to-detail that seem to be lacking in other businesses. Therefore, I would use them to sell my own property, when the time comes.
