I have been with this practice since about 1952 and always find the Doctors to be efficient and caring and look after my needs extremely well. The receptionists are friendly and co-operative on the whole and I have no problem ordering my repeat medication. Prescriptions are collected for me by my chemist and are usually delivered next day. I would have no reason to go elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the reception staff. They are unhelpful and cheeky. They enquire about the reasons you are asking for an appointment then are unhelpful in sorting it out. They are basically rude and this is not a good public service. This surgery is under pressure I know but it does not mean they should be rude to the patients.
