Oldfields House bath

This is a beautiful place to stay, immaculately clean with excellent quality service and food! The breakfast was very delicious and such excellent choices were on offer , it was all very grand and the service was very quick. .Everything from the bedding to the toiletries,towels etc were of the highest quality , I would definitely recommend this lovely friendly hotel to anyone!

4 Star breakfast and service but 3 star admin. Breakfast staff couldn't have been more polite and wonderful. The 2 admin ladies, however, did their best to be so rude that we could hardly believe our ears.

Really exceeded my expectations, it was a lovely place with all modern amenities while still feeling authentic and homely. The room was small but used its space really efficiently. It was spotlessly clean and with very high quality sheets, soaps and towels. The floor was slightly creaky and the sink was rather inconvenient to use, but I think that's the local design. The free breakfast was truly excellent, I'd say worthy of a restaurant. Tasty ingredients and aesthetically pleasing. The location is indeed close to central Bath, although it is a trek to get there on foot: if you have a car or bike I'd definitely suggest using it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. You also get a rewards card that you can use for various discounts around the city. For the price it's asking I wouldn't think twice about suggesting this place, it really ticked all the boxes for me.

Good location and includes parking even if car park full, a permit is provided for the street. 10 minute walk into town. Our stay was comfortable but I have to say the place is tired in parts, decor and general maintenance, could do with some tlc. Breakfast was of good quality albeit not very hot.

Such a wonderful place to stay, we definitely will return! From the luxurious 4 poster beds to the delicious breakfasts, & the polite, welcoming staff, everything was wonderful! The ideal place for a weekend away! Thank you Oldfields House!😊

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. Hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellant, plenty of choice. Short walk into the town and will definitely stay again.

Lovely breakfast and nice clean room. Come in a small car as parking limited. Well worth it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking very tight. Room was smaller than we expected but overall a good stay. Handy location, fab views from dining room and bar, 10mins walk to city centre.
