4/ 5

The old town hall on Whittaker Avenue is a majestic edifice. A 2 minute walk from Richmond Bus Station and close to Richmond Riverside by river Thames. This place is very busy on weekends and especially on a sunny day. There are public toilets in the building. Odeon cinema is also a couple of minutes from here.
