My husband phoned jasmine surgery today, very bad experience. the reception staff are very rude and unprofessional. But from the previous experience,the doctors were nice.

Bad experience of service. Phones never answered even when surgery open. I went to the surgery to try get a doctor to call me, they refused to take my details and call. Was told I had to phone to get an appointment, back to phoning and no answer. Very frustrating place not helpful. The actual doctors are generally very good if you can get to see one. Good luck

I have never had a problem with this surgery, I usually get an appointment next day, I am registered with Dr Taylor who is absolutely a fantastic Dr. very thorough and always has time for you, never rushes and always says nice to see you again.The nurses and reception staff have also been very nice every time. Can’t fault the practice at all.
