Office oxford

Tried to call up about a pair of shoes (during opening hours) and they never picked up after 6-7 attempts. So I had to go into the shop to ask, and they wouldn’t give my any information about when the shoes would be in stock, if they would be, or when the next delivery was. They said they didn’t know when the delivery was, but then proceed to say that it would be the next day. Not sure if I should come in as I don’t want to waste my time again

Staff was friendly and attentive; variety is quite good for the shoes I was looking for.

I ordered a pair of shoes for click and collect, I was told this would take 3-5 days, I received no update for 2.5 weeks, so contacted customer services who said they were on route. A few days later I received an email saying they arrived, only to be told when I got to the store that they had been sent back to head office, because they weren't allowed to do click and collect (maybe don't make this an option then...?). I assumed I would be contacted to have them shipped elsewhere but another week later I am contacted to say my order has been cancelled and I cannot have my order redirected, and they no longer stock the shoes. Office need to manage their customer service, and keep people up to date with what is happening and sort out how they handle customers.

Very busy and not enough staff to help out

Horrible customer service and treatment. I have purchased shoes online and despite of paying almost €200, I had to a pay shipping fee (which was only shown at the last field). I tried to cancel the order immediately after that but CS wouldn't help with that (mind you, they waited 2 days to reply to my email and Instagram message, so the order was dispatched in the meantime). Now I am expected to pay another €10 for returning the items?! I have never experienced such a poor service before and would definitely NOT recommend Office Shoes to anyone.
