I selected a shoe from the sale which took overly long to appear from the back of the store. I'd already been waiting at least 10 minutes to be attended to be served. If I hadn't asked another assistant myself I'd have probably waited longer. The second shoe appeared, it was a completely different colour to the one I had chosen. I was warned of this by the assistant. The shoe I chose was a dark blue metallic shade. The second shoe was black. No way was this a compete pair. I said no thank you and left the store.

Had a horrible experience at this branch Sunday the 11/08/19. I approached lady at the till asking if there are any more staff available ( as I'm aware she is serving the tills and not expecting her to help me with the sizes) and she attacked me saying something like 'how dare you ?' . Seriously? For asking for assistance? Never came across with such poor customer service... At least not in UK. You can do better than that and clearly this lady hates her job :/

Lazy staff. Arrived 5 min before closing time to do a simple return (I know, tight but still in time) that would have taken them less than 2 min to do, but didn't let me in.
