Good shoes but can be pricy

We come here to get great shoes

Absolute worst retail experience of my life, short story is they had a pair of shoes on sale with the wrong price label on (had an up to 40% off sale on), first staff member attempted to honour it but had trouble putting it through the till the manager was called to process it but instead decided to cancel it all, this was in spite of us showing multiple other shoes in different colours at the same price store manager was very rude and not apologetic at all & started implying we had changed the labels (on the whole display! without anyone noticing?) In all other cases with incorrect prices the store had honoured it, but with this the first staff member approved the sale and attempted to process it!

I went to the shop to exchange my converses, the member of staff was pleasant and helpful. The shop was easy to find at the Grand Arcade.

Not a bad place not enough selection for ladies with larger feet though

Came in at 17:30 to collect an order. They said they closed(the shop was supposed to close at 6) and wouldn’t help me. Would give 0 stars if I could

Really good service, staff were very helpful. Even though the shop were busy they came and attended us and gave us the correct sizes and good advice. Feel like the reviews here doesn’t reflect the service since people tend to leave a reviews only when they have a complaint not an appreciation . But honestly say I had a good experience shopping there! Loving my new shoes. Thanks for Robin and the other lovely lady who served me which I forgot to ask the name.

I had a terrible experience at this store. Waited over 45 minutes at the till with just myself and another customer, I was completely ignored, while they fuss over the one awkward customer, if the item was my own and not my daughter who was very excited! I would have left the store. Appalling customer service. I will not be visiting this store again.

Friendly and helpful staff.
