Terrible - sign on the door saying fitting in progress will open again soon - waited then telephoned (twice) no answer, knocked on the door - nothing! No idea how long we would wait, left after ten minutes of standing outside

I recently went to Odyssey for a wax and felt I got more out of it that the regular waxing experience. The therapist, Sam, really knows her stuff but most of all, is very able to discuss the problems of ingrown hairs and present solutions. I’ve been waxing for years now so the ingrown hairs are getting to be more of a problem, but I feel a lot more confident after this treatment that there is something I can do about it! All treatments have a purpose: looking good in lingerie. I think if you’ve got a more narrow focus, you’re going to be better at those services. Also it’s nice to see a point to the treatment menu rather than offering as many services as possible and promoting the latest machine that’s going to make life better etc etc!
