I instructed ODT to act on my behalf in a leasehold deed of variation transaction where ground rent increase terms were being changed. I found Tim Morgan to be an excellent communicator and knowledgeable about leasehold affairs - he took the time to speak to me on the phone about options and put together an explanatory document and favourable pricing for multiple instructions which enabled me to instruct alongside a number of my neighbours. ODT were able to complete the transaction on my behalf satisfactorily despite not being based in the same city as me.

AVOID. Price quoted for conveyancing is for the bare minimum of work. Slow and unresponsive. Not a single phone call (NOT ONE!) during what took 7 months for a simple sale. Expect to be charged at least double the fee quoted. Very disappointed.
