Within Trafford centre off food court upstairs. Plenty to do before and after. Can have food or drinks. Cinema has many screens showing all the latest movies with a good option of times. Pre book of buy as you arrive. Que can get busy so id buy at self service. Its much quicker.

Thank god they have permanently slashed prices due to other cinemas being so much cheaper. No only £6.50 per person. The drinks and sweets and popcorn are expensive however. Comfy seats . Only 9 people in the film we went to see so sat where we wanted . It's clean and comfy. Just wish they would put some lights on before and after film.....it's quite dangerous getting in and out .

I always go to the early morning screenings and have always had a good experience. Nice and quiet, pick of our seats and staff always been polite and friendly Took the kids over the summer holidays and only had to pay £6 per ticket. Snacks are on the pricey side but that's pretty standard for cinemas anyway.

+ They may have more showings/screen times than most cinemas. + The staff are always friendly and helpful. + Free Parking + Good choice of drinks and snacks. - The seats are so uncomfortable, even the Premiere. - The corridors and toilets for screen 1 to 7 are pretty tired. We tend to favour the local competitor as they've got really comfy reclining seats in all screens and lower prices.

Good, comfortable cinema. We have Odeon Unlimited, so haven't really run into the issues of ordering food and drink from the touchscreen, but I reckon that would be a bit frustrating. Cinemas themselves are nice and clean, comfortable, especially the Dolby Cinema with the reclining seats. Staff are friendly and helpful.

typical odeon.. clean.. accessible. just be aware that screens 1-6 are separate from the main screens.. so food collection is separate. but the team were helpful for me and my mum who were running a bit late!

Easier enough to buy tickets but buying food and then waiting takes too long, especially over the weekend. Recommend getting in early. Also no one sticks to their own seats. They just need to get rid of pre-seating.

Staff were very helpful but my god there's less salt in the ocean than on their popcorn. I had a medium, sweet and salty, must have tasted sweet twice in the entire bucket. Without exaggerating I had to stop eating it as it left sores on my lips and stomach ache. Also don't buy premium seats for kids, took my son to watch paw patrol and he couldn't see over the seat in front of him.

I honestly would've rated it 5 star had it not been for the experience at the end. We went to watch the new Spiderman movie and had a great time. No complaints at all with the theatre, snacks or booking process. At the end as we were leaving, i still had a tub full of popcorn that i had gotten for my nephew, so kept it with me. One of the staff held out the rubbish bag near the exit for me to throw it. I declined and he made a strange sarcastic comment saying "taking it with you? Oh yes because it cost a thousand pound didn't it". I just ignored him because i'd had a good movie experience, had kids with me, and wanted to end on a high note. I don't understand the need for it as it came across rude. Absurd. Unfortunately don't know his name but if anyone from the staff reads this, it was screen 12 on Sunday, 10:30 slot.
