Depending on how you like to watch a film at a cinema, be it in luxurious seats, surround sounds, in a tiny town or a large city, at the end the choice is yours. This Odeon is local and caters for people in the area. The price is reasonable and some of the screening rooms have small seating capacities, for some, this could be seen as cosy for others not so. Nevertheless, let yourself be carried into the film and forget reality, even for a brief hour. Enjoy.

Carpets were sticky. Walls were dirty (see pic). Seats were thread bare (see pic). Screen wasn't much bigger than most people's flat screens (see pic). So booked that our young family couldn't sit together. Hard plastic booster seats don't fit on the cinema seats. Toilets had no paper and stank of urine. £40 for 3 kids, one adult. And I paid £3.49 for a bag of Winegums that costs £1 in Poundland. Please can Richmond have an upgrade, Odeon?

I have always loved Odeon but this one is a bit weird as for some screens u have to go to the other building around the main Odeon to actually see the movie. If going for the 1st time it will be a hassle but next time u wud be well prepared

Helpful and friendly staff. Good seating. Unfortunately, the lobby is dominated by a popcorn machine, and the overpowering sweet smell it gives off. Looks pretty good provided you don't look down. Unfortunately, the floor has seen too many sticky spills. Toilets are immaculate. Projection equipment in Screen 7 was excellent. Unblemished screen. No evidence of any chromatic aberration or streaking. No blocking in high speed action sequences. Surround sound working well. But the auditorium here is assymetric. Best seating is just to the right of the aisle, seats 4 through 6. Seats 7 are OK but I would avoid any higher numbers.

This cinema was like going back to the 90s. It's small but it is like how cinemas used to be in the good old days minus the large banners and flyers. It doesn't look like it gets that busy so staff looked bored.

Comfy seating, clean theaters but could use a cosmetic refreshing. Basic movie snacks. Our theater was alittle stuffy. The 8:30 film (Black Widow) was not crowded, the movie was great.
