The staff are lovely, but this place is so very tired and worn. And not in a cute endearing way, but in the “I really don’t want to sit on this seat” way. Almost like Odeon are just waiting for their lease to end so they can shut it down.

I used to visit the AMC regularly with friends in the mid to late noughties. In a nostalgic kind of way it's nice that it hasn't changed much... Although I thought that, having been taken over by Odeon, it would have had a bit of a makeover. The floors are still sticky and the seats the same, but maybe it's time those things changed. Sad to see the little arcade had gone though.

I’m hoping this shuts down, I really met a staff and a supervisor who were horrible. You can imagine how expensive parking is around greater northern it’s ridiculous. So me and freinds came all the from Huddersfield to watch a movie which was only showing on greater norther, so we came all the way just to find out it’s not on, the man at the front told us he did see it online but he just couldn't find it anymore and then when I went to speak to the manger about it she just didn’t even care or look bothered I showed her price and she was just not agreeing to it. I am so disappointed cos I just lost out a lot of money, for fuel, for parking. This was my first time visiting and my last time. I absolutely rate 0 for the customer service.
